What we do

CONSULTATION

• Initial consultation over phone to ascertain scale of project and basic outline of counter solutions needed.
• Set up meeting with a sales representative in the area where the project is going to take place.

PLANNING

• If a site survey is needed or you already have a CAD / architects drawing, we provide a 2D/3D drawing showing where the equipment will go,be it Valera counter Solutions or more equipment in the general area.
• Food display, Functionality, Branding, Style, Finish, Customer flow and many other aspects are all taken into account during the initial planning stage.

BUILDING & INSTALLATION

• Once the counters have been ordered, our trained refrigeration and counter engineers provide a very fast and efficient installation service.
• We work with the customer to decipher the best times to install to ensure minimal disruption to ensure it does not detrimentally affect the customer.

TRAINING

• Once install is complete our engineers will also carry out a customer training session of how to use/clean and maintain the fantastic counters they have purchased.

SERVICE & PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
